Heather Andrew is the founder of Aspen Wellness Centre. Heather is a Registered Clinical Social Worker and has been a Mental Health Therapist for over six years, supporting clients with a variety of needs including complex trauma, ADHD, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict and more. Heather is passionate about providing trauma informed care to her clients and is a fierce advocate for mental health awareness.
Heather offers mental health therapy for individual children (10+), youth and adults.
Heather is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Heather is honored to be an ally of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ and Indigenous communities.

For many years, Heather dreamed of opening a wellness centre that provided holistic services to heal the body, mind and spirit. Over the last three years, Heather has built a team of trauma informed, heart centred professionals that offer a variety of healing services including mental health therapy, massage therapy and other wellness services. It is an honour and privilege to serve our community and help people on their healing journey.
Before entering into private practice, Heather spent three years working as a school based therapist in an inner-city school, and as a therapist serving clients with Children's Services involvement. She is very experienced in supporting diverse clients with complex needs by striving to build safe, trusting relationships with individuals and families. Heather is experienced in providing individual therapy for children (10 years+), youth, adults and families. Heather is proud to be a Preferred Provider for the Edmonton Police Service and their families. She is also a skilled group facilitator and presenter.
Heather is a level 2 Reiki Practitioner, which she uses to aide in energy healing with clients.

My partner and I booked a couples massage with Jarod and Natalie, and I could not be more appreciative! They both treated us with such kindness and professionalism, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We discussed preferences of pressure and location in depth before beginning and they were both able to offer great suggestions for us! They also checked in with us making sure we were comfortable at various times throughout the session, which I really appreciated! We walked out feeling so refreshed and relax, I had even dozed off during the massage! As an added bonus we got a sweet dark chocolate treat at the end of the session, which I loved! This team truly put a lot of care and effort into making their space as serene and peaceful as it is. First time visiting Aspen Wellness Centre and had a massage with Natalie. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff and easy to book online. I already booked my second massage and have been telling everyone about this place. Highly recommend.
Had a 90 minute massage with Natalie Mills and it was fantastic. She is very good at what she does, has a ton of experience (17 years +) and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Aspen Wellness is a very clean, warm and welcoming clinic. I strongly recommend both Aspen Wellness and Natalie!

I love the variety of services Aspen Wellness Centre offers. Jarod is a wonderful massage therapist. He was very polite and professional.
