Our trauma informed self care workshops are designed to help participants focus on nourishing their body, mind and spirit.

Workshops are intended for groups of participants looking to gain knowledge and skills around self care practices, reducing stress, and improving wellness.
Our workshops are well suited for professional development in the workplace, lunch & learn presentations, conferences and wellness retreats.
What you will Gain:
Participants will learn simple and practical strategies to promote relaxation, regulate the nervous system and manage stress in healthy ways. Topics and activities can be customized to meet the unique needs of the group. Workshops can also focus on topics such as:
-trauma and PTSD
-how to support someone in distress
-trauma informed care in the workplace
Our workshops are presented by Heather Andrew, MSW RCSW. Heather is a Trauma Informed Mental Health Therapist who specializes in grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. Heather is passionate about helping clients incorporate self care into their daily wellness routine.
This workshop is available online or in-person at a location within Edmonton, AB provided by the event organizer. Additional travel expenses will apply to events located outside of Edmonton, Alberta.
