Experience

Bo has over 10 years of experience treating diverse mental health issues, coupled with five years specializing in Forensic Psychology, focusing on complex domestic violence issues, high risk criminal behaviour and sexual related issues. His career started with at-risk youth and gang violence intervention in Scarborough, ON. After relocating to Alberta, Bo immediately started working with Alberta Health Services as a mental health therapist.

Bo worked with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addictions related issues and a variety of complex mental health challenges. This role provided a pivotal opportunity for Bo to refine his skills and dive into the area of forensics where he worked with complex criminal offending
behaviours. Bo extended his knowledge and understanding and ran a mens mental health group that allowed men to come together to talk about life’s challenges and deal with them in a healthy and constructive manner.

A few years later, Bo was given the opportunity to use his skills and bring them to the streets of Edmonton with ACCESS 24/7 where he collaborated with Edmonton police and EMS, responding to crisis calls. Bo finds fulfillment in supporting families, couples, and individuals in navigating life's stressors and challenges. He remains dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and enhancing community well-being through his comprehensive expertise and compassionate approach.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
