Ash (Arashpreet) Jhajj is currently completing the final stage of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, building on her Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Alberta (2023). She is deeply passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, school and career difficulties, as well as life transitions. Ash’s approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has their own story, strengths, and pace. She strives to meet clients exactly where they are, offering a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether clients are seeking tools to cope, a place to process difficult experiences, or a partner in their healing journey, Ash works collaboratively to honour their goals and values. Ash is particularly interested in exploring how past experiences and relationships may shape current challenges, and in helping clients transform those insights into growth, resilience, and lasting change.
Ash provides mental health therapy for individual children (10+), youth, adults, seniors, and couples.
She is honoured to be an ally of the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIAP, and Indigenous communities.
Her pronouns are she/her/hers. Ash offers mental health therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth.

Ash earned her Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2023 and has since built a strong foundation in the mental health field through both academic training and practical experience. She has been involved in hospital-based programs, crisis response, and community outreach, which gave her opportunities to support individuals navigating diverse and complex challenges. These experiences strengthened her ability to remain grounded, empathetic, and client-focused, even in moments of high stress. Through her clinical training, Ash has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. She has experience with biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, treatment planning, and delivering integrative, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Ash is known for her open, warm, and collaborative style. She strives to meet clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space that honours each person’s story and pace. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and parts work, her practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the individual. As an intern therapist, Ash’s role is to provide a safe and steady base where clients can pause, reflect, and grow. She walks alongside them with curiosity and empathy, supporting exploration of their experiences while helping them strengthen coping skills and discover new perspectives. Her hope is that therapy becomes a space where clients not only feel understood but also begin to see new possibilities for resilience, healing, and lasting change.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Natalie and it was amazing! She was so sweet and tailored it specifically to my requests. The table set up is awesome too as you actually get to lie on your stomach! Natalie has such a smooth flow to her technique and I will definitely go back.
First time visiting Aspen Wellness Centre and had a massage with Natalie. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff and easy to book online. I already booked my second massage and have been telling everyone about this place. Highly recommend.
