Her family was able to participate in a year long Firefighter exchange to New Zealand in 2017. These immeasurable life experiences and being exposed to diverse cultures through travel and volunteering have helped hone Cari’s person-centred skills. Her passion for incorporating mindfulness into every day living has helped build stronger connections personally and therapeutically. Her trauma-informed, client-centred approach meets people where they are, and her compassion supports and encourages people to start where they are.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Natalie and it was amazing! She was so sweet and tailored it specifically to my requests. The table set up is awesome too as you actually get to lie on your stomach! Natalie has such a smooth flow to her technique and I will definitely go back.
My partner and I booked a couples massage with Jarod and Natalie, and I could not be more appreciative! They both treated us with such kindness and professionalism, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We discussed preferences of pressure and location in depth before beginning and they were both able to offer great suggestions for us! They also checked in with us making sure we were comfortable at various times throughout the session, which I really appreciated! We walked out feeling so refreshed and relax, I had even dozed off during the massage! As an added bonus we got a sweet dark chocolate treat at the end of the session, which I loved! This team truly put a lot of care and effort into making their space as serene and peaceful as it is. Thank you so much Jarod and Natalie & thank you Heather for crafting such a wonderful team, and creating such a positive experience for your clients! Highly recommend & will be booking again!!
First time visiting Aspen Wellness Centre and had a massage with Natalie. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff and easy to book online. I already booked my second massage and have been telling everyone about this place. Highly recommend.
Had a 90 minute massage with Natalie Mills and it was fantastic. She is very good at what she does, has a ton of experience (17 years +) and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Aspen Wellness is a very clean, warm and welcoming clinic. I strongly recommend both Aspen Wellness and Natalie!
What a beautiful, calm environment you have created. I'm so glad you have a new, physical space where you can meet your clients. Jarod is the best massage therapist I have had. He has a wide-array of modalities and techniques which he can employs and is completely attuned to how to address my issues. 100% recommend. 100% will continue coming back!
I had a 60-minute massage and I have nothing but good things to say! Beautiful facility, great staff and an excellent overall experience. I will be back for sure!
