Experience

Through her background at Pilgrim’s Hospice, Tiffany has gained significant experience supporting clients as they navigate profound grief and loss, as well as life transitions. This experience has strengthened her belief that even in times of uncertainty, growth and self-discovery are possible. Tiffany uses a collaborative approach with clients as they navigate change, strengthen relationships, and build a deeper sense of authenticity and self-esteem. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Tiffany helps clients clarify what truly matters, reconnect with their strengths, and cultivate meaningful change in their lives. She believes counselling is not about fixing what is broken but about walking alongside individuals as they reconnect with their sense of self, while nurturing their capacity for healing.

About

Outside of counselling, Tiffany finds joy exploring nature through backcountry camping, having spontaneous dance parties with her two dogs, crafting whimsical pieces for her home and garden, and meeting friends for lunch and good conversation. These moments of connection, laughter, and creativity help her maintain balance and bring a sense of vitality to her work with clients.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
