How does RAPID work?

RAPID addresses the body’s perception of threat and danger. By working with the nervous system, this technique reprograms the tissue, allowing tight muscles to relax- leading to immediate and long lasting relief from pain.

What is a treatment like?

This treatment is lotion free and can be done over the clothes, so we recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing. The RAPID practitioner examines the tissues with his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Once the problem area is located, the practitioner applies precise tension and manual body movements to stimulate the nervous system, and restore normal function. The RAPID treatment may be uncomfortable, but the results are worth it. The RAPID practitioner will communicate with you throughout the treatment to ensure you feel in control.

Why choose RAPID?

Clients choose RAPID because of the immediate and effective results. This helps active individuals get back to life. RAPID is ideal for both acute and chronic conditions.

What length of RAPID treatment do I need?

For your first RAPID treatment, we recommend choosing the 30 minute session. This will give you an opportunity to see what the treatment is like, and to determine treatment goals with your RAPID practitioner. Return clients typically choose a 30 minute or 45 minute session depending on their treatment goals.
