This treatment takes place over the clothes, with the client staying fully clothed. The treatment is focused on the head, neck and back around the spinal column. We recommend that you dress comfortably in athletic wear.

Thai Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive treatment that involves gentle pressure applied to reflex points on the hands and feet. It is based on the principle that certain reflex points on the body act as a map for corresponding muscles, glands and organs.
Reported benefits of reflexology include: Reduced Stress, Pain Relief, Relaxation, Increased Strength, Improved Mobility and Positive Wellbeing.
Reflexology is safe for clients of all ages, though recommended treatment times may vary based on age and presenting concerns.
We recommend booking this service as an add-on to a massage treatment.
