Raenna is presently immersed in her studies as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University. With a versatile and inclusive approach, she engages with a diverse clientele, including children (10+), youth, adults, seniors, and couples. Raenna specializes in providing support for a wide array of concerns, ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress to trauma, relationship issues, and phobias. Guided by a trauma-informed and client-centred philosophy, she employs various therapeutic interventions such as Gestalt Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Raenna is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with her clients, aiming to support and empower them on their journey toward achieving their goals.

Raenna offers mental health therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth.
She offers sessions at a reduced rate of $55/session while completing her Clinical Internship under the supervision of Heather Andrew (MSW RCSW).

Before embarking on her Master's program, Raenna honed valuable skills and experience as a teacher beginning in 2014. Her professional journey allowed her to develop strong skills in completing various academic and psychological assessments. Raenna's commitment to professional development is evident through her completion of additional training on the topics of Ethics, Informed Consent and Suicide Intervention. Drawing from her rich educational background, Raenna enters her Clinical Internship well-prepared and ready to apply her extensive skills in establishing meaningful therapeutic connections. Grounded in the belief that everyone is inherently unique, Raenna is dedicated to inspiring positive change through individual therapy for children (10+), youth, adults, seniors, and couples.
