Brenna is passionate about mental health and providing a space for individuals to feel safe and heard. She specializes in supporting individual adults seeking mental health support for a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, health issues, stress and self-esteem. Brenna excels at building meaningful relationships with her clients based on a foundation of safety and trust; providing her clients with a safe space to express themselves, explore new perspectives and make progress toward their goals. Brenna uses a strength based, solution focused approach to help clients to utilize their unique inner strengths to find strategies to overcome personal challenges. Brenna is a Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) with clinical specialization and is in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Brenna has been a Social Worker since 2010 and has gained valuable experience working with several populations, including adults, children, and seniors in a variety of settings. She spent 10 years in health care supporting individuals who were experiencing chronic health conditions requiring intensive medical interventions and understands the significant impact of physical illness on mental health. For the past eight years, Brenna has also provided support in a walk-in counselling format, ensuring individuals were able to access timely mental health support.
